Alleggra Cake Concentrate (CC129)

Description: An ultra-flexible base for perfect, cost-effective close texture ‘Madeira’ style cakes.
Applications: Suitable for making loaf cakes, cup cakes, Genoese sheets, celebration cakes.
Advantages: Simple to use, versatile across different applications, better at retaining moisture, no need for eggs, raising agents emulsifiers or milk solids. Typically 5%-15% cheaper on batter costs compared to similar concentrates.
Dosage: Typically dosed in at 7%-9% of total batter weight, dependent on application requirements. This includes the egg functionality.
