Alleggra Crème Cake Concentrate (CR129)

Description: An ideal base for moist eating ‘American’ style plain cakes.
Applications: Suitable for making plain cakes, muffins, traybakes, cup cakes and sheet lines.
Advantages: Simple to use, versatile across different applications, better at retaining moisture, no need for eggs, raising agents emulsifiers or milk solids. Typically 5%-15% cheaper on batter costs compared to similar concentrates.
Dosage: Typically dosed in at 7%-9% of total batter weight dependent on application requirements. This includes the egg functionality.
