Alleggra Doughnut Concentrate (DC129)

Description: An ultra-flexible base from which you can make perfect, cost-effective, yeast raised doughnuts and soft roll.
Applications: Suitable for making for making doughnuts with preferred short eating characteristics with optimal volume and shelf life.
Advantages: Simple to use, versatile across different applications, includes all egg functionality, raising agents and emulsifiers. Only flour, sugar, oil and water need to be added to create a base doughnut batter. Typically 5%-15% cheaper on batter costs compared to similar concentrates.
Dosage: Typically dosed in at 6%-12% of total batter weight dependent on application requirements. This includes the egg functionality.
