Crème Cake Mix (CM129)

Description: A versatile plain cake mix for the production of moist eating ‘American’ style cake products. Just add oil, water and flavour where required.
Applications: Suitable for making loaf cakes, tray-bakes, muffins, sheet lines, cup cakes and unit cakes.
Advantages: Simple to use, versatile across different applications, better at retaining moisture, no need for eggs and typically 10%-20% cheaper on batter costs.
Dosage: Typically dosed in at 50%-55% of total batter weight, dependent on application requirements. This includes the egg functionality
