Our roving team of technical salespeople are capable of guiding you through from new product concept, through recipe development, test kitchen trials, plant trials and ultimately into product launch.

This team is supported by the Alleggra Technical Centre, based at Den Bosch in the Netherlands. At the ATC we have a team of highly trained food professionals who are specialists in new product development, applications development and research, with experience across most food sectors including bakery, emulsions, pasta and foodservice.
