These teams are supported by Alleggra's Technical Support Team in Norwalk CT, and also by our Global Technical Center (ATC), based at Den Bosch in the Netherlands. At the ATC we have a team of highly trained food professionals who are experts in new product development, applications development and research, with experience across most food sectors including bakery, emulsions, pasta and foodservice.
